Good value for money, friendly staff, and great atmosphere
great staff, good facilities, maintenance on the unit was not great but ok, patio handrails where rotten and had screws stick out being a safety risk for our toddlers, chairs on dinning table needed some work, but generally good. We always enjoy our stay at saddle and trout and have stayed in a few different units, and always found maintenance was not well taken care of. We will be back despite the maintenance

I paid R4125 for 2 nights with breakfast included. This in my opinion is ridiculously high for a for a 3 star place of this calibre. Especially when there 4 star hotels in the area which offer more for a cheaper price tag.

"We absolutely loved the rooms. They were so well equipped and so clean and tidy. The man who took us for the horse riding was super friendly and good to us and the horses. Fantastic."
