Dunsan Graytone Hotel

Breakfast was good. The location is excellent. Public trasportation routes ample. no problem for bus or subway. The staff are excellent very helpful.

There was nothing as such to say was not good. A little bit of basic utensils would have been better.

The room was very clean and quite big, the bed was good and big enough for two. I liked a small dressing table in addition to a bigger table area. The hotel is located in a good spot near bus/metro stops and a lot of restaurants around.

Everything in the room was a bit old and worn

A small kitchen and a washing machine were excellent for a week-long traveler.

Communication wasn't that great. I didn't receive a reply to the message I sent prior to my stay.

When I book a suite with a city view I don't expect a view on ... a wall, which means absolutely no view! That was very disapointing. I immediately told the front desk, the answer I got was also disapointing, I had 2 options, change to a cheaper room with a view, or pay more to have a better room with a view. So we kept our dark room. This is unacceptable as view is part of our key criteria when we book a hotel room. They should sell this suite as "Suite with no view"!
