The check-in clerk was outstanding as he got me out of a parking snag with the police. Bed and pillows were comfy, wifi worked well, water was hot with good pressure and the overnight was quite quiet for a hostel.
Parking is 19 euros overnight, but that's what the market demands.

The reception person was super nice. It also had a pretty awesome location in the heart of Bilbao. Pet-friendly too.
There was no window in my bedroom and no possible way to boil water in the morning. If you're just looking for a bed to crash on for one night, then look no further.
