The views made this stay worth every penny. The maintenance man was great as we had to change brakes and he offered us tools that we did not have. I would rent this place anytime. Pictures cannot describe the view from the front deck or even from inside at your kitchen table. The only thing I would add is that that Maps on our phones said we were had arrived and we had to go up the dirt road a little farther. It was easy to identify because of the gate and the address was painted on the post.The A/C was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. I would add to take your own toiletries.

The view is worth every penny we spent. We did have brake trouble, and the host was right there offering any tools to help us with the repair. Bed was very comfortable and A/C was wonderful. Make sure you take your own toiletries.One thing to note is that our GPS said we had arrived and we did go farther up the dirt road, but the place was marked well with the gate and the address number.We did a jet boat ride with River‘s adventures and it was the most amazing thing I’ve ever done. If you decide to go make sure you contact the place before booking your place as the jet boats are only allowed on the Snake river on certain days.I would definitely rent from this man again.

Very quiet beautiful view would rent again

The good: nice house and incredibly beautiful views The bad: Our 4 night stay ended up costing almost double the price per night as indicated on the reservation site. Price is completely misleading. As stated in the listing there’s a full time resident at the property with 2 dogs so I’m sure I scooped more poop than my dogs produced. He lives in the house when not booked but moves into an RV right behind the house. So again I’m sure I vacuumed more dog hair than my dogs may have shed. They tout a mx, atv, utv track for riding but you have to sign a waiver due to “the Associations” numerous lawsuits. The place really could use a ladies touch, some better lighting, decor etc. would go a long way to make it feel more like a mountain cabin. The stove is so outdated you really can’t read the temperature on the oven, so cooking in it is really a guessing game. For the size of the house and the views I would recommend, but as for the reasons stated above I would not recommend.
