Very nice place, not too big in a beautiful location . Friendly and helpful staff and clean. The lodge arranged excellent nature walks.

I can't possibly recommend this camp enough. It felt so special to live right next to the lake and seeing so many animals from the tent or the restaurant. We usually saw a few giraffes, two types of monkeys, fish eagles and warthogs grazing next to the tents. Colombas monkeys sleep on a tree on the property and it's so cool to watch them play. The location is so peaceful and really like heaven. We did two bush walks with a park ranger (free of charge) and learned so much about the local flora and fauna. We saw many more giraffes, impala, buffaloes, hippos, more monkeys. During the night game drive, we saw even more stuff, most notably two zorillas. The staff is amazing, the food is amazing. I am recommend this place to everyone I know who comes to Kenya and we will hopefully return as well. It's also very reasonably priced. It felt very exclusive and intimate.

The location; it is in a peaceful space and the staff went out of their way to make you fell comfortable.

Very disappointed in the dining area; still very old fashioned and could use an upgrade - still using table clothes and old cushioned conference style chairs, the food was of a very low quality. They need to upgrade or train kitchen staff - I did not enjoy the food at all! The bathroom is very outdated and could use a face lift. The pathway from dining area to rooms gave a substandard school camping vibes. It was an overall disappointment - the only positive is the location and staff.
