I loved everything about my room! The balcony felt private, had a stunning view, and a nice clean hot tub! The room is right on the walking trail to Fira and made access very easy. About a 30 minute walk if you take it slow. Yiannis was a kind, thoughtful, and awesome host! He made sure I had everything I needed to make this stay special! 100% recommend and will definitely be back!

Loved everything. No complaints!

Piękne miejsce z pięknym widokiem

I think this might be the nicest room I have ever stayed in. I arrived exhausted and after a couple of days alternating between sun lounger and hot tub,.and having yummy food delivered from the local store/bakery/restaurant- i left happy and relaxed. Yiannis who owns the place is one of the nicest people I ever met and a wonderful host. attentive but not intrusive, great communication and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. a lot of the other properties around here are much less private - my room was hardly overlooked at all despite being just a couple of steps from path to fira/oia. and the views- OMG the views! spectacular sunset. 2 mins from cafes and supermarket in the square and a bus stop nearby too if I could rate this place 20/10 I would- i have already been looking at flights for october!

This place was amazing. We are from Texas and have been all k er the world vacationing and this host Yanis went so far above and beyond for us it was truly an amazing experience! He met us to help with luggage, he checked in on us several times a day, he secured us a masseuse, he provided excellent recommendations for dinner and a buggy to rent. Yanis made the stay incredible! The room I would have to say is in the best spot of the whole island. Centrally located and near lost to do. The cleanliness was perfect, the room amenities were excellent and it was super clean. If you are coming to Santorini this is a place to stay! Thank you Yanis!!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.
