Fantastic location, the apartment is old but authentic and with the care for details
The check in process make no sense - you need to take your kees from the office and it's 20 min drive from the place. There was no sponge and basic cleaning things provided

It was a comfortable and clean apartment, all the facilities were excellent, and it was right in the heart of Lisbon, in an area very easy to get to and go out from. Lovely views from the living room balcony, orange trees right outside. It was also cool, didn't get too hot in the summer heat.
The bed in the smaller bedroom was a little too soft for my liking. I felt I had to be very careful not to force the shutters to close them, it was hard work.
