Villa Elzenhagen

Nice old-fashion villa with some rooms upstairs and some others motel-style in a detached building. Large parking. Very good breakfast and selection of teas. Good position for the beaches and the dunes National park walks and cycle paths.

Very steep stairs in the detached rooms, not suitable for young children and elderly adults. Tiny bathroom.

Public rooms were exceptional, staff were wonderful

Nothing to not like !!!

The rooms were great like mini apartments!

Nothing- it was great!

The breakfast was a highlight in an otherwise not to good a hotel stay.

The bathroom wash basin is sooo small, it’s just a joke. How any hotel would design such a thing is beyond me. Saw similar reviews regarding this. Shower kept leaking after shut off and couldn’t be made to stop. Also, to be subjected to check in at the desk so close to a very loud bar/restaurant area makes for a bad first impression. The hotel needs to re-evaluate all aspects as to how to present itself to the traveling public.
