Kouros Palace Active Lifestyle Hotel

Having a background in business and coroprate management, I always look at a stay through the lens of overall guest experience, brand reputation and operational efficiency. The hotel itself has fantastic potential, however from management perspective, there is an area where small operational improvement could create significant added value. There is a group of local cats living on the premises. While their presence adds authentic Greek charm, the lack of structured care, such as designated feeding area, basic vets check or spay/neuter program, can negatively impact the perceived standard of the property. From a corporate and PR standpoint, implementing a basic animal welfare innitiative (or partnership with local charity) would be brilliant Corporate Social Responsibility move. Modern travelers highly value socially responsible businesess. Transforming this situation into structured, compassionate program would greatly enhance the hotel's brand image and guest satisfaction. I spoke with many guests while staying in the hotel and so many agreed with me. The property has so much to offer, and I would love to return to see potential fully realised!

We had a wonderful stay at Kouros Palace Hotel. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the warm welcome, the genuine attention to guests, and the professionalism of the entire team. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a great range of activities and entertainment, making it easy to relax while also having plenty of things to do. We were also very pleasantly surprised to receive two upgrades during our stay: from a sea-view room to the All Inclusive package. Unfortunately, due to our short stay, we only had the chance to enjoy the package for lunch at their lovely beachfront restaurant, but it was still a fantastic added touch and much appreciated.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

Modern, clean, great amenities

Hotel was newly refurbished and the rooms we're very modern, spacious and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and the beach was only a few minutes walk away. Never struggled to get a sunbed around the pool or the beach and the beds we're comfy.

We paid for a 'deluxe sea view room' however this should never be sold as 'sea view' as there was 2 rows of hotel rooms in front of our balcony where you could only see a fraction of the sea. Additional to this, I read a lot of reviews about food not being great, and in all honesty I have to agree. My partner is coeliac and a lot of the food that was advertised as 'gluten free' actually contained gluten or there was cross contamination. The reason we know this is because she has a test kit on her at all times where her blood results were positive for wheat resulting in her not leaving the room for 3 days. And for the overall choice of normal food containing gluten (which I could have) the selection was not great at all, every day the breakfast and desert choice was the same.
