We almost always stay here everytime we visit Vinh. Great value, great price. Best breakfast for a 3* hotel and within this price range (around $35/night) for twin room that can accomodate a family of four.

Hotel location is great.
From reception to the restaurant, the staff were quite rude. They didn’t smile or explain things clearly.
For example, at breakfast I handed my ticket to one of the staff members and she grabbed it abruptly without saying anything. There was no guidance about where to sit or whether it was free seating in Vietnamese style. The overall service felt unwelcoming and unprofessional.

The stay was ok, the TV was not in working condition the whole stay. No staff guild how to operate anything in the room.
