TOWEL (1) CLEAN BUT SMELL REALLY BAD

Comfortable clean bed. You should note that bed is most of room in this style of hotel. Was surprised it had a small desk. Very helpful. Descent shower with hot water. Good Wi-Fi though you have to get a separate code for 2nd device. But staff informed of this and helped. Blackout roller shades worked quite well but not easily accessible for view so left them down. Staff was helpful and nice. Good location near malecón.

A continental breakfast would be a nice touch. Snack bar purchases available for breakfast were not really appropriate foods. 2 electrical plug ins available but both were at foot of bed. But was able to use satisfactorily. If you need use near pillow would be difficult but you could always flip your head to the foot of bed.

The room was, as the photos had shown, very compact—basically just the bed and nothing else—but it was quite clean and comfortable.

I didn't quite understand the photos, but I thought each room had a terrace like the one in the picture; but it turned out there was only that one terrace for all the rooms. Although the garage is right next to the hotel, there is no link between the two, so you have to wait for someone to open the separate entry for you and go over the street sidewalk with your luggage. I think it was an isolated incident, but on the day I left, I found scratches and dents on the rental car I had left in the car park that I hadn’t seen before. I asked to see the security camera footage and it was clear that another guest had manoeuvred badly, causing the damage. Up to that point, I had no complaints about the hotel – in fact, everything was fine, and they even have cameras. However, I was bothered by the fact that the young man who had been assisting me at the front desk that check-out morning — the same one who had shown me the video — appeared in the video himself. He witnessed the guest's poor manoeuvre but didn't mention it to me on the night when it was made! It was as if he had hoped I wouldn't notice and that it would go unnoticed.

The staff is very friendly and is a good option for one night if you are traveling for work

Is very close to the Malecon, and it doesnt feel safe. Also it is very noisy in the weekends
