Great location, not far from Paris city, just opposite a grocery store and near by conveniences. Also basement parking was very secure and handy. I had a major issue with my booking and staff was helpful to fix it for me. I wish there was an electric car charging point in parking too but not the deal breaker.

Obiekt w spokojnej dzielnicy, dobra komunikacja, obok sklep spożywczy (czynny do 22:00). Pokoje czyste, funkcjonalne. Łóżko wygodne. Balkon i rolety w oknach na plus. Obsługa miła, pomocna. W okolicy duże centrum handlowo- usługowe, stacja metra. Spędziliśmy fajny weekend rodzinny.

Słaby zasięg wiffi (3 piętro), jeden kubek to odrobine za mało na rodzinę, brak korkociągu do wina i kieliszków.

The fact that had a parking and a supermarket across the street. The size of the room and the new bathroom and kitchen.

I did not enjoy my stay, although this may partly be because I misunderstood the type of property. It is not a hotel, hostel, or typical apartment rental; it is a facility that accommodates older people—in other words, a retirement home—with some rooms available for other guests. This was not clearly stated on Booking.com, so I blame the platform for not providing accurate information. Our first room had extremely noisy beds, making it impossible to sleep at night. The staff tried to help, but they were unable to resolve the issue until three days later, when we were moved to another room. The beds there were quiet, but the room had no curtains, meaning people in the building opposite could see inside. The first room also had no internet, and although the staff tried to fix it, they were unsuccessful. The second room had internet, but the connection was extremely slow. There was no proper breakfast, only a very limited offering, which we did not use. There was also no daily—or even every-other-day—room cleaning. In fact, we were asked to take out our own rubbish. I am not writing this to blame the property, but to make sure future guests understand what to expect before booking.
