It was easy to pick up the keys, I texted Ana & Rui and gave them a time and was met at the property by the lovely Sophia who showed us around the apartment and parking lot. The apartment was lovely and clean and has everything you need. The apartment is secure with a key to access the property gates. It is within walking distance to everything beaches, restaurants and shops. All beaches have a lot of steps to access, there is only access to the main beach at Praia da Rocha via a steep slope used for cars and Praia do Vau near the apartment but this is down a hill. Can't wait for our next visit and will be definitely returning to this apartment.

The apartment was in an excellent location on the first floor overlooking gardens for the property and across the road from the promenade, and numerous sets of steps down to the beach. The pool and gardens were well maintained and offered sun and shade throughout the day. Space for sunbathing by the pool was limited (only 5 loungers) but this was not a problem with people coming and going at intervals. The apartment is of a good size and had a balcony which also offered sun and shade throughout the day. It was very hot while we were there, and we were glad of the shade, and a little breeze that the balcony offered. All electric appliances worked well and the AC was very efficient. Liked the fact that an extra set of towels and bedding was provided so we could change the bed and wash the towels whenever we wanted (stayed 17 days so needed to do this!!).

My only minor criticism would be that there were no small casserole dishes to use in the microwave to cook vegetables etc, and only one shelf in the oven, which meant cooking pizzas in two sessions. A few more regular size mugs for hot drinks would have been useful, to be more efficient using the dish washer rather than hand washing.

Очень близко к красивейщим пляжам,буквально первая линия,расположение идеальное. Квартира просторная и светлая, с современным ремонтом. Есть подземный паркинг и большая терраса. Хозяева очень приветливы и доброжелательны.

Было грязновато, не хватало базовых вещей типа сахара и капсул для стирки и для посудомоечной машины, салфеток,так же в ванной на было ни геля ни шампуня,только мыло для рук. Так же квартира выглядит немного потрепанной, но это не критично.

Appartement tout équipé, très bien agencé, la place de parking, à coté de la plage, la piscine très bien pour jeunes enfants. La facilité à l'arrivée et au départ avec les propriétaires. La proximité de la plus belle plage de Portimao que nous apprécions par dessus tout.

La largeur du lit parental un peu petite de nos jours. Pour les enfants dormant dans le salon il vaut mieux éviter d'être sensible au bruit des voitures.
