The property was only several miles from the entrance to Plitvice. It is appropriately a rustic property which fits the area. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked.
The staff is very friendly but difficult to find. The breakfast is good but a bit pricey at 12.5 euros a person. I didn't like that there is a note in the unit that says "no eating or drinking in the unit." Just a heads up--if you pick the superior double room and you have luggage, ask ahead if you will need to take the spiral staircase. We were in an attic unit so we had to drag our luggage up to the first floor (which we anticipated) and then up the spiral staircase to the attic.

Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Close to the park.
Tiny room, very noisy and you can’t eat in the room. Have to buy food in the restaurant and it’s not great.
