The staff were sooooo nice and responsive. I felt safe here. I feel the staff really trying to buck the tide of negativity that is overwhelming Acapulco. I think they are trying valiantly.
Unfortunately Acapulco has fallen on hard times. I was shocked after not having been there for 40
Years. Unfortunately this hotel is in a location that is really down on its luck. There was a bar open till 7 am playing loud music all night. Wow. Dirt streets and very dirty.

"The property is beautiful! The grounds are perfectly manicured, the pools are spectacular and all the little spaces in between makes you feel like your are living in paradise."
