We had a wonderful stay at this charming guest house. It is beautifully decorated in a traditional, cozy style and enjoys a perfect location, close to the town center while tucked away in a peaceful area with lovely mountain views. We visited during the summer and thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully maintained gardens. The property was exceptionally clean, and all facilities were in excellent working condition.The guest house offers parking and is conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk of the old town, the bus station, train station, shops and the Kitzbühel ski lift. The hostess is caring, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to all guests. She has excellent knowledge of the area and is happy to recommend local attractions, restaurants, and activities. Everything. The property was spotless clean and the hosts were simply wonderful. So welcoming and accommodating!

Nothing I did not like. This is the perfect place

Breakfast was lovely and personal. Location is good if you are able to walk a little to get to the slopes. Really good place to be in terms of feeling welcome.

A bit hard location-wise. On our trip the ring-bus did not run which would have made our lives easier (to get back from main station, getting there was ok). Late spring visit - you can have a reasonable priced ride from the major stations by taxi so not a big problem if you do not want to walk.

The location is within walking distance to ski area. The manager/owner was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious and the presentation was exceptional.

I would have preferred a walk in shower instead of a bathtub. The tub was very difficult to get in for a person 5’1”.
