In terms of Breaksfast, everything was fine beside tea, they only offer one mini cup of tea and from there you should pay for re-fill.
Their rooms were specious, and clean.

N that caused the electricity to trip all day n night which left our food spoiled in the fridge due to water coming out of the freezer

I wanted my omelette to have veggies, and they did not have stock during my entire stay there. The basics like green peppers, etc, they had nothing.
I was supposed to check in at 2pm and I arrived at 13:46pm and was only allowed to check in at 15:21. My room was not ready despite the fact that their checkout time is 11:00am. I needed to check in and rest after a long drive from GP
