The stay was very good and highly comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially korolos at the reception desk, who was outstanding. Everything else was great, including the prime location and the high level of cleanliness
When ordering food from outside delivery apps like Talabat, guests are required to go down to the lobby to pick it up themselves. Also, when neighbors in the adjacent apartments cook, the strong cooking smells spread through the corridor and reach directly into the rooms.

Very good location about 15-20 min to where I traveled to. Staff were amazing, room very beautiful. My bathroom, the tub felt like it was sinking it… I didn’t feel comfortable standing in it… the toilet area smelled really bad like sewer issues. I sprayed my perfume to make it comfortable for me. The pool was okay, the glass could use some cleaning. The spa area was beautiful, again, there smell like sewer issues which made the locker area a bit disturbing.
But overall 7.9-8.3/10 actually with the beauty of the hotel let’s give it a a 8.9/10

Room size. The view
Too much noise you can hear everything all around in the other room in the road outside the room , the mattress was too much hard, and the furniture was dirty like the sofas and the carpet has smell also .
