The owner of the apartment is very nice.
The room is good value for money. You can exchange Egyptian pounds from the owner and it is based on up to date exchange rate. It is very fair.
There is a little noise at night if your room is along the street.

Tamar the hotel manager was absolutely charming and very helpful and we loved staying in Masaya Heights Everything was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious .We will be back

The location is pretty good as there’re restaurants and local shops all around the hotel.
Room was also clean and well maintained. The manager checking us in, speaks good English, so it’s very easy to communicate with him either directly or over WhatsApp.
At night it can get a bit noisy with loud people or stray dogs in the area (there’re around 20 or more of them in the area)

Comfortable and very clean room. Room is simple but it has all you need for a short stay. We mostly chose it because it’s near the bus station. Fair value for money
Lots of noise from the street outside during the night.
