The single studio was clean and I loved the sparkling tile floor. Makes a difference from sticky Travelodge carpet when you’re looking for something cheaper to stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating when I needed the key a bit earlier due to a meeting. Thank you! Despite it being on a traffic artery it was nice and quiet. Had everything I need inc. tea and coffee and microwave, but don’t expect fancy pans and pots :)
The decor is plain but still absolute value for money! I would have preferred a key box to just help myself at a more convenient time that 2pm - 5pm.

Value for money. Inclusion of a mini kitchen and mini bathroom both well equipped for the price and for one night's stay when travelling for business and looking for somewhere where you can prepare your own meals.
Some noise from the outside when the window was open, and some from inside from the fridge. No soft chair to sit on but there was a table and hard chair which was good enough for one night.

The location was quite nice
Had to pay an additional fee of £30 for arriving at 18:30 for ‘late’ check in. The building was clean, but not in a great state.
