Good location, close to downtown. Tram runs in front of the apartment. Clean and well kept rooms. Easy to use kitchen with dishwasher. On weekends, outside noise can be heard in the living room until late at night, but the bedrooms are not facing the street, so I can sleep quietly.
The drainage in the shower booth is very poor. I have to take a shower with very low water consumption or it will overflow outside. I reported this to the owner on the first day, but it was never fixed during my 6-night stay.
The washing machine is on a different floor outside the room. There is a document in the room explaining this, but it is incorrect. The laundry machine is actually on the 3rd floor, but the document says "it is on the 5th floor", which was completely confusing.
