Very convenient location. Room was small but ample for 2 people with luggage.
Automated check in was creepy andd no early check in allowed. We arrived from cruise at 11am and check in was 3. All available luggage storage was full, however when I pushed check in on screen someone came and then stored our luggage in office until 3

Very good location. Check-in went well, although without human contact. Room was small but there was all we needed, including tea kettle.

The location was convenient to go to other parts of Tokyo although the closest train station is about 100m away. Human staff members were friendly. There are also easy to use luggage locks if you want to leave your luggage at the hotel before check in and after check out. When the room's window is closed, you can't hear the train so soundproofing is fairly good. Extra amenities are available at the lobby.
The hotel in general and furniture in the room is quite worn from wear and tear but still functional. The room is quite small and it was difficult to open large luggage.
