The room I booked did not come with breakfast but the location is accessible to cafes and restaurant that serves delicious breakfast. The location is a short walk to the hotel where my workshop is held and to the night markets as well as the foreign exchange bureau.
Did not stay too long to enjoy other sites in Vientiane.

The location is great and the staff friendly. My room was large and quiet with good a/c and hot water. There's no elevator so you'll have to climb stairs.
Breakfast was limited and service didn't start until 8 am.

The suite is big and clean and in city close to everything.
No elevator so had to carry bags up two flights of stairs. Bed very uncomfortable, have left with sore back and neck. Breakfast very simple.
