Location was excellent. Close to lake and walking track, close to shops and local attractions. Lovely fireplace, beds comfy, pet friendly and basic necessities provided.
Needed a good clean. Lots of spider webs, dusty inside and dirty verandah. Expensive for what it was.

Great location just a short walk to the main street in Beechworth. Stunning views over the lake with lots of options for walking trails. It was lovely sitting out on the verandah enjoying the view. The neighbourhood where the property is located was also very quiet. The property is great for dogs. The backyard is fully fenced and secure. Also loved the character features of the property. A special mention to the property manager, Simmone, who was readily available when there was a problem with the tv. Simmone went out of her way to try and rectify the problem. We enjoyed out stay at Cherry Blossom Cottage.
There were a few maintenance issues with the property, but nothing we couldn't live without. The television didn't work. The dishwasher needed a good clean. I assume the filter was blocked. There was a pool of water in the bottom and it stunk. The kitchen sink was leaking into the cupboard underneath. I reported all these issues and they will no doubt be taken care of before the next booking.
