The location is beautiful and the combination of the pool and the very nearby (and clean) beach makes it simple to entertain the kids and, even better, have oversight when they are enjoying themselves. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were great. Roomservice is fast and any request for assistance is promptly answered, even in the middle of the night when my son got sick and we needed new linnen.
The breakfast was with much variety, but especially the bread and pastries seemed old, and the pancakes undercooked. Especially with so many people using the buffet, hygiene could be increased.

The views the facilities and the shuttle service was great. The first kiosk the shuttle desk and the staff in the breakfast buffet were also great
The rooms were a bit smelly and not maintained up to the stars of the resort. The beach side brassiare staff were very pushy in regards to finishing your meal and vacating the table they brought the wet servants to you before finishing your desert

amazing resort, great food at breakfast and in the restaurants, well furnished room (although I have to agree, a bit dated in places), fun way of travelling around the resort and to a cable car by a golf buggy, spotless pool and beach, amazing wildlife, including monkeys and hornbills

We stayed in one of the Standard Rainforest Chalets. The overall experience was good, but the wooden parquet floor in the property was too old. It made a noise every time we stepped on it, which was a bit of a problem, especially at night. Recommended checking before finalising the room.
