Friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast.
We much preferred the premium room when we upgraded. The standard room was basic and overpriced.

The break fast was good, i had room service and they charged additional tray fee
The jacuzzi was not working, the ac in our Kings suite did not work. They provided 2 fans but it was still quite hot.

We had a Premium Queen room which was very spacious, and the fridge was a great addition.
Really good breakfast with lots of choices.
The pool was great and not too busy, with a separate shallow section for very young children. Jacuzzi had wonderful jet power! Having a Sauna inside the changing room area was a great idea!
Kids dinner buffet is very basic (e.g. nuggets, fish fingers, chips, pasta) and a little dry from sitting in the heated trays for too long. However, my booking was 'kids eat free', so it was still a bonus.

We had booked 2 premium Queen rooms and we got one premium and one standard room, The AC is the standard room was not working and the staff didnt fix it in spite our request. It was hot as hell all night and I could not get any sleep at all. This not acceptable at all
As explained above- wrong room and no working AC- total discomfort not worth the cost
