York House Hotel

Clean room, good shower, comfy bed, easy access to main bars

All good

Great location, comfortable and very friendly staff.

Nothing

Excellent location with parking included. The room was huge and the bed was really comfortable.

The bathroom was small. The toilet roll dispenser was old style giving one very thin sheet at a time, I'd recommend taking your own toilet roll.

Location was excellent for the city centre. Wet facilities for the room were good. Generally quiet

Couldn't get a WiFi server (even by reception). Staff one was listed as was the adjacent restaurant (which I believe is run by the hotel) but nothing for guests. Not a major down point for me as I only access the internet 2 or 3 times a day & used other servers. Hotel signage wasn't immediately visible from drivers seat & access is just prior to a reasonably busy junction, resulting in me driving past twice. I ended up parking & navigating on foot when the hotel became obvious
