Great location; clean, nicely decorated rooms, good breakfast selection, friendly staff.
Would have rated excellent if it was air conditioned. However I was aware that fans were available on request. Room was cool enough at night with the window open.

Clean and tidy,friendly staff
Only one kettle between three rooms even though all had cups tea coffee etc

Having stayed before I knew that it was the ideal location for our route. Free parking and easy to accesss unlike some of the hotels in the town centre.
The room is adequate in size but a bit more room in the bathroom would make it easier to shower and use the facilities.

Location was good for overnight stop while travelling. Breakfast was simple continental style but nice and as expected for the price/style of hotel. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
Room was smaller than per photos, not as clean in parts, probably doesn't help that it was all very tired in terms of decor and fixtures. Generally, I would say the whole place all needed some renovation.
