Location, neatness, daily cleaning. Overall good experience. Only lift is required. Stairs of 4th floor are quite uncomfortable and risky. Their staff nikhel and rizwan were very much courteous. But one staff lore was rude and non cooperative

Top Location, quiet from outside noise, fair price compared to other hotels in London including breakfast
The isolation to the rooms closeby wasn’t there, you hear the water running or sometimes shaving. Thankfully it was rare but it depends on the people closeby if they also try to avoid to let water run very late or very early in the morning.
At breakfast the only good bread options was the toast, some unsweetened Joghurt or plantbased milk would be a nice addition to the existing options.

The location is nice. Close to Paddington Station for any trains you need, and Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens
Late check-in was no problem.
The room was a bit warm at night, even with the windows open and the fan going (and it was not warm outside).
The bathroom is very small, like what you would get on a cruise ship.
The stairs were tricky with luggage, I can't imagine carrying a checked bag up to the top floor.
