Location is excellent right in the midst of cafe and bar nightlife, close to good public transport connections. Staff are attentive, and the breakfast buffet is not bad for 10 euros.
Main problem is the noise outside, especially if you're in a ground floor room (I was) - really noisy on Friday and Saturday night so barely slept.

It is clean and comfortable, my room was air-conditioned and the wifi was good. It is located in a nice area next to the Marais, and within walking distance of Notre Dame, with nearby Metro link to Gare du Nord. Although minimalist the comforts exceeded my expectations.
There was no wardrobe and the clothes hangers covered the mirror when I hung a jacket and shirts.

Good location with loads of amenities around.
There was a buzzing sound every few minutes, may have been the airconditioning or some other system, which kept me awake. There was also a bar at the street level with very loud football fans, so had to wait until that was done until I could fall asleep.
