Best Western Portes d’Aquitaine Agen Sud

Le personnel

Soirée étape parfaite. Idéalement situé à proximité de l'autoroute sans en subir les désagréments. Je recommande sur cet axe sud ouest/sur est

Convenience for car travel on main road. Quiet location. Excellent stop over for a good sleep during a long journey. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was very clean and comfortable.

Check-in process! Website said check-in was from 2pm to 9.30pm. We arrived at 3pm after a 6 hour drive to find the car park locked (no code provided). Reception was was also locked and deserted. The phone went unanswered. A guest told us that reception didn’t open till 5 so we had to drive off and return later. Reception then closed at 8 -we were asked to leave the reception area and sit outside. I checked with the receptionist and was told reception was only open from 5pm to 8pm at the weekend. This needs to be made clear on the website - we would not have booked this hotel if we had known the limited hours of check-in.
