I'd say that that's very good location. It was also great that there was a working fan (otherwise it would not be possible to stay in the place during such hot weather).
The room was very small (but then again, enough for me). Not as it is on the photo.

Roberto provided easy access instructions. The facilities were clean and tidy. The apartment is well situated for North West section of city (botanical gardens) , a short walk to nearest metro and a pleasant stroll to the central market area
The induction hob needs some instructions (the cleaner helped me). There wasn't a corkscrew in the otherwise well stocked kitchen. Bought one and left it...problem solved (drink problem?....El vino español es sabroso.).

Muy comodo y bien ubicado.
Bastante costoso para ser una habitación y en casa compartida.
