The food was excellent- the evening meal was the best I’ve had in a long time! Location was perfect, right in the heart of the village. Staff were all very friendly without being over the top. Room was spotlessly clean. Fantastic deck where you can have a drink looking over the estuary.
The car park is a good 10 mins walk away and even at the end of September could be full meaning you would have to park at the top of town and have a steep hill to walk up and down. This comment would apply to pretty much anywhere in Fowey though and it wouldn’t stop me returning.

Nice site
Seagull noise was excessive, extra charging for more than basic coffees unreasonable
