The B&B is situated v close to the station which was great for us. There is a lift which is also good as there are a lot stairs. Paolo is an excellent host, explaining everything clearly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Our designated bathroom was also perfect. The breakfast was generous with good coffee. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Excellent value.
It was all good. I can't understand why other reviewers complain about the lack of an en suite when it is clearly explained beforehand that there aren't any. The designated bathrooms work well and are literally just across the landing.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our flight was delayed and so we only arrived at 9pm, Paulo arranged everything and we were able to self check in. Very clean room. We were also allowed to store our bicycles inside the building. Very good location, close to the train station. The breakfast was amazing!

Super responsive & helpful communication from hosts to ensure we could easily find & access the BnB. Friendly warm welcome & lovely ambience. Clean & comfortable with good breakfast in gorgeous little kitchen/dining room.

I choose the location - easy walking to the center.
Safe parking was offered to us - visible from our room.
Large room - with a view over to the hills/mountains (past the roof tops 😉), & the city.
Large clean private bathroom.
Breakfast was just across the hall from our room - plentiful.
A beautiful city - we will return to see more.
We did not like, the self check in, as we arrived a little earlier than planned - but the ownere was not there all that day!
Nor did we like the private bathroom - across the hall!!
