Staff member Moha provided exceptional service! When we arrived, he took the time to explain the Fes map and key locations in great detail. When we checked out to move to another Riad on the next street, he saw us moving and proactively carried all of our luggage there for us—100/100 service! Also, staying in the annex building was very convenient as it has an elevator. The bathroom is clean and not smelly
The interior of the room feels a bit old and could use some updating, particularly the door, wardrobe, and bathroom facilities

Location was excellent. Close to many cafes, the medina and the Blue gate.
The shower door knob came off and door could not be opened from inside. Thankfully I wasn’t alone and my partner came to the rescue. We were able to reconnect the knob but I meant to mention it to reception on check out, but it was a long wait and I forgot 😳

Staff were very helpful and nice.
Good location to the Medina.
We stayed in the Annex on the top floor which was nice and quiet but we couldn't fully open the door to get in and out of our room. The bed is in the way. I noticed other rooms don't have that problem.
Restaurant food was terrible. We ordered some BBQ kebab after we arrived in the late afternoon and it was just like warm. I guest the chef must had been away and someone just microwaved left over meat and served us.
Most of their breakfast plates are so chipped but the white just blends in with the designs of the plates. 😅
