the place is wonderful and the view was great. everything is in good condition and the morning sun was beautiful. we want to try the tracking path but still have other plans to see God's windows etc.

the shower hose needs to be repaired or change because its leaking

Friendly warm welcome both by the hosts and their furry lovely pets, easy to check in and out, very well located within 5min of the Graskop lift, cosy little accommodation well equipped.

WOW!!! Where do I start, we had the Garden Cottage. Best sitting area, the kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms are top class, with electric blankets and heaters, the bathroom is top class with heaters in there, the patio is cosy, the view of the mountain, beautiful spot for the lovely sunrise, they got a beautiful garden, they got cute monkeys playing around on the trees, they got goats that you may feed, given you've been briefed on what to feed them. The entire yard is massive, with the forest surrounding it. And they have very nice dogs that really love being petted, one of our friends doesn't like dogs but he ended up loving those because of how friendly they are. 😅They have a forest you can hike with trails marked so you don't get lost, they have a very nice pond that you can sit around and have a picnic. They have unlimited firewood for the indoor fireplace to keep you extra warm, the entire kitchen unit is to die for. They also have a braai area for you and the staff is very friendly, they go above and beyond to ensure you get the full experience of Zur Alten Mine.
