a bit outdated and smelly

Close to the Croisette with a quick scooter ride - for us perfect - a small house with your quiet yard where it was great to work in. The host even built up a key locker box in front of the gate for an easy access for key deposit with came in perfect as I arrived in the middle of the night.
The shower in the bathroom downstairs could get an upgrade and the toilet seat needs to be fixed in downstairs apartment. The room upstairs has a very steep flight of stairs - no chance to climb down these stairs with high heels, but there is another flight of stair with an extra entrance from outside to climb up in an easy way, so no problem!
