Brenda, the owner, was very welcoming and took time to share maps and points of interest with us. Also served tea upon arrival. Gave good recommendations for dinner and breakfast was prepared wonderfully. Room was comfortable and quiet - even facing the street.
We only stayed the one night.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Brenda was very friendly and accommodating, even to the extent of offering me a lift to the train station. The room was beautiful and anticipated every need. Full breakfast was served and it was very good and plentiful. The location was beautiful, with a view of green open countryside all around, and walking distance to the Abbey and the town. I'd go back in a heartbeat!
There was no sign outside indicating that this was the place, and the address was not specific enough that I could easily distinguish the one house. We were, however, able to identify it from a photo on a website.
