The homely nature of the place, the lovely breakfast served on the terrace with a view of Lion Rock and there were peacocks in the open field outside the property - a treat to the eyes.
We were three of us, so the room was quite cramped with the extra bed.
The hot water shower was a bit tricky to navigate.

The host as well as the location is great. You have an exceptional view on Sigiriya Lion rock. Two of us booked big family room and it was more than comfortable.

The family is so very kind, that was, on top of the great view of the room and breakfast (very very nice), the best thing ever. The owner is so kind, he helps you with everything, gives very wise advice regarding the weather and it is overall just a very safe and tranquil hotel. There are more than 15 restaurants in walking distance too. We would recommend for sure!
Honestly there is nothing to say here. We have had 0 complaints or anything to add.
