Its location, staff is very friendly and hospitable.
I enjoyed my stay, and would definitely go again
Sometimes the restaurant on the other side can be noisy but the soundproofing is acceptable

Great location, friendly and helpful reception, clean room.
It was smaller than it looks in the pictures, but no big deal. Good enough for solo or couples. The location is great. I spend the whole day outside and only come back at night to sleep so it’s good.

The staff is so kind and enjoyable, very nice and kind people, always available to help, suggest best places and easy way to get to them.. they also gave a gift to my baby daughter on the check out.. they realy marked our experience in Istanbul.
Also the room was good, cleaned everyday and the area is near from everything Metro, ferry, bus ext.. that was a strategic localization in the city.
