Nothing I did not like

When I booked the room, I asked for champagne for the room and when we got there it was not there. So, I asked the reception, and she granted me a complementary bottle of wine As it was late in the evening we opened it and only had one glass each. With the fridge you can't stand up your bottle as it isn't designed for champagne bottles, so we had to leave it out. The next morning, we went out of our room and on return, we were looking forward to drinking that bottle but room service took it away (nearly full) or threw it out. I was disappointed.

Excellent room, beautiful view. Luxurious stay with a touch of elegance. The bathroom was excellent, and the food (room service) was very delicious. The Songbird bar was excellent and staff were polite and friendly.

Ordered room service and had to call to have it chasd up as it didn't arrive forst time.

Lovely view from the room and spacious with good facilities. Reception staff were very helpful.

The restaurant was a let down, meals were not brought out together and something different was brought out to what was ordered, the the kitchen closed. They did do a refund in the end for the error, however we still hadn’t had a meal. The heating in our room was broken, so it was freezing when we checked in. Maintenance tried to fix it, but couldn’t, so they gave us a small heater, however this took a while to heat the room, so was pretty chilly for a while.
