We love the balcony and the option to grab a bottle of wine or a cold beer or a cold drink anytime of the night or day proximity to the train station multiple restaurants outside our door outside seating
Not much except the shower door had a problem coming off had to go really slow when opening

We only stayed in Naples for one night, and this was the perfect base as we had an early morning flight the next day.
The room is really close to the train station, the staff were so helpful letting us check-in early, and pre-booking a taxi to take us to the airport the next morning.
The room is spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, due to our early flight we didn't get to try out the breakfast, but the breakfast room and outdoor terrace looked lovely.
The shower area could just do with an extra deep clean, but the shower itself was powerful and the cubicle spacious.

Everything! Especially the roof terrace. Room was spacious, quiet and bed was very comfortable.
It was a little difficult to find at first but Alfredo was only a call away and came down to meet us.

Proximity to napoli Centrale station, helpful friendly staff, clean spacious breakfast room and outside terrace.
Building was dirty , communal lift in the main building dirty and tiny. Limited choice at breakfast. Basic accommodation.
