Hotel Il Piccolo Golf

We arrived late and were met by a friendly knowledgeable staff member. The grounds were great and the breakfast was really good in a great setting. And the location in proximity to some incredible beaches was the best part.

No towels in the rooms which made it hard for us to shower or do anything we had to go out buy new ones for couple of nights + the water kettle was outdated and rusty

The location was perfect. From here you could drive to the nicest beaches of Sardinia. The breakfast was fine and the staff in the morning were nice.

I know the area is really expensive, but the hotel is not worth a 100 euro per night. The beds were in bad conditions (really gets back complaints). For this amount of money you would expected some more services and luxes from the hotel. Besides we got an (paid) upgrade of our room (which we were must be fantastically happy about, because the view was so beautiful... because you couldn't see the holes in the road if you were sitting on your balcony) which was really not worth the extra money. We got an extra 2 square metres and the same view (because you are looking at trees) and size of the balcony. When we went back to ask if the old room was still available, it had already been reserved by someone in 15 minutes... Good lesson for next time never to accept a paid upgrade
