WiFi not reaching in the rooms

Very clean hotel, good air conditioning, firm beds, friendly staff. You are close to everything but not on the main road, so it's quiet at night. Everything you need for day-to-day living is within walking distance. Try the local Hawker food centers!!

Shame there isn't a breakfast option, and I couldn't find an iron or ironing room.

Ibis budget Jasmine just opened to the public! We were the 4th or 6th customers. Cant recall the exact number. Had only one night in Singapore so we were pressed for time. On arrival, could trace our booking number but Bell and Yang let us drop our bags so we could go about our sightseeing. Give us information on tranport, sights, N umbrella and a cold soda for the road. Came back to a clean room, comfortable beds. Young lady was helpful too.

No option to breakfast.

The reception staff were great. They allowed me to check in early as the room was available. The location was good (near MRT, bus stops, etc.) and there were lots of eating places around.

The room appeared clean but upon closer inspection, the room wasn't cleaned properly. E.g. there was pieces of food on the corners, the shower floor has scrapes of litter, etc. The housekeeping staff were sloppy and very noisy. They were very carelessly pushing their carts around, even at night, and banging against the wall. Soundproofing was very bad and you can hear kids running and shouting, people talking, outside. The table was small and not suitable for work, so definitely not a good choice for a business trip.
