Hotel 81 Premier Princess

Good location , easy access to the centre of town . Staff friendly and helpful. They have booking taxis for us . We can also leave luggage due to our flight was in the evening and checked out little later so for us means a lots of help. A hotel for those who don't need much; the important thing is that the bathroom has a good shower, towels, and shower gel. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable with clean bedding, and there is a kettle, coffee, and tea. It has the basics—fine for a few nights.

The bathroom was moldy—likely because both the room and bathroom were small and the windows couldn't be opened—but the air conditioning was good.

Location as it was close to the National Stadium. Easy for us to get to the concert.

VERY slow in replying my messages before arriving. There’s one message didn’t get a reply at all. The rooms were pretty small. Not much room to walk nor move.

5-10min walk to many delicious affordable local restaurants, opposite a 7/11, 13min car ride to National Museum, 15min car ride to Gardens by the Bay, 35min ride to Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Fast wifi, little to no wait time for lifts, luggage service, quiet. Room was small but had what you needed eg kettle, safe box, hair dryer, some clothes hangers.

The windows don’t open. There is only 1 soap dispenser which doubles as hand wash/body wash/shampoo. The soap dispenser case covering kept falling off. They need some more wall hooks. Keep your luggage case medium size, or there is very little floor room when you open your 23-30kg suitcases. We brought 20kg suitcases.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

We needed some spoons and knives to eat our lunch but the hotel did not have any of that. Also there was a huge language barrier and we had to ask for extra pillows atleast 4 times and it arrived 45 minutes later. It was way past my bedtime by then.
