Room was dusty and hairs on table and chairs.

Surprised at how good it was. Reception staff very friendly and precise. Parking very easy. Room and bed more than comfortable. But best of all the restaurant meals were excellent including a very good breakfast. Overall very good value all round.
Finding the entrance to the hotel as it is still recognised as Holiday Inn on Nav. Also floor one has extract fans outside the rear rooms if it affects your sleep Luckily it didn’t affect us.

Great bar area and perfect location for the boat show.
The room was noisy and too hot and humid, the temperature control didn't work.
