Well maintained grounds Very dog friendly Lovely quiet upper floor room as requested Overall atmosphere - lovely Staff manner and attitude good - special mention.for Room service MoS - helpful, mannerly and friendly Breakfast - almost excellent as always...just lacking the usual hash browns!!

Staff are excellent. Very comfortable room on the ground floor. Lovely food especially breakfast

Disappointing that there was no white bread for toast available at breakfast

Comfortable beds , quiet hotel , friendly staff would definitely be staying again good value for money.

Nothing it was perfect

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was good and food was tasty. Hotel was easy to find and just a short distance off the M6, so very convenient.

Rooms were a bit tired and could do with a bit of a refresh. Restaurant was a bit disorganised in the evening and not a very exciting menu. Granted, some menu items were unavailable due to a supply issue, but the food we did order was very mediocre and disappointing. My husband said his Chicken Tikka Masala was the worst he'd ever tasted. There were no other restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so due to having small children and having had a long journey that day, we were stuck with the hotel restaurant.
