Very spacious, warm, clean apartment in an amazing location. Would stay again any time.

We had a really comfortable 2-night stay at the apartment after travelling around in our campervan for 2 weeks. The apartment was about 7-10mins walk from Queenstown mall which was very convenient. While our booking had some issues, the staff was patient and assisted us through it. With such a big space, we were surprised to find the place cleaner than we expected. We absolutely love the electric blanket, kept us warm while it was 1 degrees celsius out there.
Would definitely recommend :-)

Easy walking to centre. Very warm, comfortable apartment with every facility required.
Bed is quite firm but okay. We needed instant communication on check in, but noone available to speak to. Advice received through messages was not helpful. We ended up sorting it ourselves after some time. Disappointing.

It had the two bedrooms we asked for. Lovely view
It’s spread over two areas. We ended up in an area not identified on the website. Our car was two fights of metal outside stairs from the apartment.. Carrying suitcases up and down would be physically impossible for some in the community. There was no face to face meeting with staff. Reception was not manned.
