Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin Cha Am

The daily breakfast was excellent and there was a large selection of food, the staff were very attentive and polite.

the hot water in the bathroom was very intermittent, one day there was hot water, next day lukewarm.

Great Pool and Trees around the pool. Situated on a nice stretch of beach with access to good food in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only a couple of hours from Bangkok.

Parts of the hotel were a little worn but easily fixable. Breakfast area was a bit small and couldn't fully accommodate high occupancy making it a very busy breakfast.

the swimming pool attached to the room, very nice and enjoyed being available 24 hrs to swim in

the resort has very small gym equipment and not many beach activities near by but it's family friendly beach overall so it clean n quiet

Excellent. My sister was vegetarian and Chef made special dish for her and all other staff were excellent.

Although booking was made which confirmed full room payment will be made on arrival and my credit card was given to guarantee the booking telephone call was received day before to pay on telephone. It was not appropriate, not official and than was told check in is at 3 P.M. although on their web and booking.com booking says 2P.M. I paid full payment on check in, my credit card has been pre authorised not once but twice and still is holding pre authorisation on my credit card 2 days after check out. Totally unprofessional in hospitality industry as I have travelled world wide many times staying at 4/5 star hotels never had this experience. Why are they holding my card after fully settled and checked out ?
