Plaza Hotel Capitole Toulouse

I’m so glad I booked the Plaza Hotel Capitole Toulouse! My friend and I loved the location of the hotel in the old part of the City, and in relation to the capital square, and so many shops and restaurants. We loved that we could open the window in our room, and we were happy for the AC when we were sleeping. The breakfast was absolutely great with both hot and cold options and many choices. Lastly, all of the staff we encountered from the front desk to cleaning staff and wait staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is good, obviously

The matress was incredibly bad, even if it had something like a topper on it, it was hard like sleeping on the ground. Not cool for a so called 4 star hotel. Other than that, the equipment in the room seemed old, there was a noise coming from the bathroom, and everything felt old and dirty.
